The Emerson at 2308 Robinwood was built in 1913. The 1918 Polk City Directory indicated that two units were vacant. Flat #3 was home to William Hamilton, the secretary and treasurer of the Dorr St. Lumber Comapany, while Flat #4 was home to Richard Logan, an attorney-at-law. Mr. Logan's biography may be read in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 393. His wife was Florence (Durflinger) Logan. | |||||
