The Louis D. Kelley Home, 2416 Robinwood Avenue, was designed by Wachter and Hudson in the Shingle style, popular between 1880 and 1900. In the 1920s it was transformed into a Colonial Revival duplex. Two permits, # 2416 and # 2760, were granted in 1922 for the alteration of this home. The architectural firm of Mills, Rheinhart & Bellman furnished the plans for the remodeling. | |||||
