Designed by A. Burnside Sturges, 2272 Scottwood built constructed in 1909. The 1918 Polk City Directory listed Moses Bloch, a lawyer, as the resident. An alteration to an enclosed porch was made in 1917. The changes (#2310) were prepared by the architectural firm of Mills, Rheinhart & Bellman. The garage was added in 1917. | |||||
