2330 Scottwood (formerly 2402) was the home of John Shepler and his son-in-law William Wilmington as early as 1896. Miss Myrtle Shepler boarded. Other residents included Harvey and Helen Robison by 1918; and Edward and Charlotte Kelsey Jr. by 1921. Florence Day was the Kelsey's live-in domestic.
